We offer an array of classes including Power, 101, Chair and more! Get unlimited classes with your $99 a month membership fee, as well as 10% off any service! Still deciding if yoga is for you? No problem, at 14$ for a drop in class and no mat rental fee you can find out for yourself!
Energy work
Reflexology, Reiki, Sound Healing and more! Explore these energy balancing services to enhance your mental, spiritual , and physical wellbeing. Combine one of these with a bodywork or massage service to complete the ultimate wellness package!
Acupuncture
During a session our licensed acupuncturist, Angela, uses small sterile one time use needles to direct and rebalance the flow of Qi or energy in a patients body. It has been used for years to help dealing with acute and chronic pain, respiratory disorders, digestive disorders and discomfort, headaches, toothaches, emotional disorders, addiction, sleep, stress relief and much more!
Massage and Bodywork services!

Every appointment is a custom appointment and can include collaboration between modalities in one 60 min appointment!
